Add any extra seasoninga little ketchup, Worcester sauce, Marmite or Carnos Extract, &c.also a spoonful of melted butter.

Spread with a little Marmite and savoury tomato mixture, or sandwich this between two biscuits.

A very good way is to have a little gravy prepared by diluting half a teaspoonful "Marmite" or a teaspoonful "Carnos" in a half teacup boiling water.

A little "Marmite" or "Carnos" is a great improvement.

Add 1/2 teaspoonful "Marmite," or 1 teaspoonful "Carnos" extract, mix thoroughly, and boil up.

Put in a strong basin with seasoningmade mustard or pepper, ketchup, a little "Marmite" or "Carnos," &c., and pound to a smooth paste with a wooden spoon.

A tasty and novel flavour is obtained by spreading a very little Marmite Extract on the bread and butter before adding the filling proper.

Add also a little Carnos or Marmite.

Hasty Brown Sauce can also be made by using water, in which a teaspoonful Carnos or 1/2 teaspoonful Marmite to the teacupful has been dissolved, instead of the brown stock.

A little extract such as "Carnos" or "Marmite" may be added to this or any of the foregoing broths.
